Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alteration to provide envelope repair to this existing multiple dwelling building on this site. Scope of work includes balcony repair, window replacement, concrete block repair, and interior alterations in the lobby. Work to also include exterior alterations to provide a new water tank room, to provide a new chain link enclosure for new heat pumps, to upgrade/replace existing corridor ventilation systems and existing hot water convector heaters in entrances, adding in-line thermostatic control valves to existing hot water baseboard heaters and upgrade/replace washroom exhaust fans in the suites.
