High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - This is for the base building work related to DB-2021-00745 (for 2nd floor TI work) for the entire building upgrade for the interior and exterior alterations with a change of major occupancy exceeding 5-year cumulative limit for levels 2, 3 and 4. The agreed upgrade level for the base building is F3+, S3, N3, A2, E3. (Entire building to be sprinklered.) VBBL-2019 - Reviewed during 2020/21 pandemic. Rev. #1 - (May 31, 2023) - Interior alteration and to provide secure mesh for the skylight located at the exit staircase and loading bay usage.
