Sch A, Arch B, Stru B, Mech B, Plmb B, Elec B, & Sch D are submitted. Tenant: Somatic HVAC (Single tenant building) Occupant Load = Max 50 persons ******REVIEWED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF VBBL 2019******** Building Review Notes: - Occupant load is based on washroom capacity. Permanent signage shall be posed in a conspicuous location. - The alterations is designed in accordance with Part 3. - Skylights shall conform to VBBL 3.3.7.2. - Any structural changes deviated from the issued permit drawing require a revision to this permit. - Exit stair/landing shall not be used as storage or for service as per VBBL 3.4.4.4. - The toilet shall be equipped with a seat lid or other back support as per VBBL 3.8.3.13.(1)(c). REVISION #1 (Aug 04, 2023) - Related to M/A DP-2023-00007. Extensive changes including exterior work. Refer to Revision Application Form. - Changed structural design to meet S3 upgrade including addition of new footings. - Minor interior changes at the south portion of the building including new millwork, door swing change, north windows near lower roof, relocation of handrail extension, and new mechanical shaft in east exit stairs. - Construction article on drawing and building permit data sheet updated to 3.2.2.79.
