Scope of work includes installation of new foundation and new concrete slab on south side of the building, new corrugated metal cladding at façade, and two new rooftop units and two new gooseneck vents on the roof, removal of east service overhead door, and replacement of northeast exterior exit stairs, south windows and west interior stairs. Permanent signage shall be posed in a conspicuous location. - The alterations is designed in accordance with Part 3. - Skylights shall conform to VBBL 3.3.7.2. - Any structural changes deviated from the issued permit drawing require a revision to this permit. - Exit stair/landing shall not be used as storage or for service as per VBBL 3.4.4.4. - The toilet shall be equipped with a seat lid or other back support as per VBBL 3.8.3.13.(1)(c).
