Revision #1 Interior washroom layout changes B.Wong - Aug 19/22 OK for Field Review per W.Wong Notes: - This building is not sprinklered. - DBI to determine on site if Schedule B, Structural is required. - Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. Letters of Assurance: - Schedule A & B, Architectural, Paul Andrew Stevens, Architect, 778-372-1111. - Schedule B, Mechanical & Plumbing, Christopher Liu, P.Eng, 604-294-8414. - Schedule B, Electrical, Ian Grannary, P.Eng, 604-294-8414. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
