Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #101 & #108 - 808 Nelson Street Interior alterations to expand unit 101 into unit 108 and change the use of use to Health Care Office. Scope of work includes: 1) Addition of new partition walls 2) Re & Re existing T-bar ceiling with new dropped GWB bulkheads. 3) Added additional locker rooms and a washroom for clients. 4) Adjustments to Electrical and Mechanical systems to suite new layout. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during the inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage. Revision #1: To switch the toilet room and storage room on the plans for structural coring, and install a door for the open Area, and alter some interior walls, and replace a shower with toilet in Men's Locker room
