Scope of work: Interior Alteration to remove water damaged materials and prepare area for replacement of steam rooms. Separate permit(s) will be required for all future tenant construction. Note: -DBI to determine if a sprinkler special inspection is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trade’s permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
