Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 3216 W BROADWAY CF-2024-002279 Interior alterations, change of use and change of major occupancy for new retail tenant (grocery including meat, group E) in existing health enhancement centre (group D) on the ground floor of mixed-use building on this site. Scope of work to include removing interior partition walls and adding 2 walk-in coolers, display fridges, counters and sink and converting one washroom to an office. Ok for field review per S. Jordan 5 July 2024 Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage.
