Scope of work: From shell, construct new demising wall, new interior partitions, doors, millwork to create new office rooms, new kitchen, reception, electrical and plumbing work. TENANT: Canada Lands Company Separate permit is required for future tenant improvement or to change the use in suite #960. Building Sprinklered – Building inspector to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application.
