Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #1750 - 17th Floor (demised into 2) Interior alterations on the 17th floor to demise the existing office #1750 into two units to be #1750 and #1710 and to provide tenant improvements for new tenant in suite #1750 only, in this existing commercial building on this site. Scope of work: Demo and construction to select areas to alter layout, new entry door, new demising wall to create suite #1710 and electrical work. TENANT: Lignum Forest Building Sprinklered – Building inspector to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable.
