Maximum 16 persons consuming food or drink at the Retail Food Facility (Group E) 3. Contractor shall have a valid business license. 4. This permit has been issued under the requirements of the VBBL #12511 (2019) 5. Grease laden vapour shall not be generated in this tenant space. 6. Occupant Load by area: 6 staff and 7 patrons = total 13 persons. REVISION #1 (September 12, 2023) 1. Walk-in cooler replaced with reach in cooler. 2. Hot water tank relocated 3. Electrical panel relocated 4. Grease interceptor relocated and changed to under counter type
