Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #800 - 8th floor Interior alterations to remove all non load bearing partition walls and return to office - shell space on the 8th floor (#800) of this existing commercial building. Scope of work: Remove all non-base building walls, doors, and ceilings. Remove all existing tenant finishes and floor coverings. Remove mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. Cap all services back to base building connection points. Return space to base building shell condition. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
