Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Change of Major Occupancy: Convert the existing Bank of China space (financial institution, D) to a hall(A2) for the tenants of the Bentall towers in this existing office building with a Kitchen operated by commercial vendor. Scope of work includes demolition of existing partitions and ceilings; and construction of new partitions, ceilings, millwork and finishes. Plumbing, HVAC, lighting and power to be updated to suite the new layout. Note: 1.0. Application is reviewed under VBBL 2019 and issued during health pandemic 2020 and 2021. 2.0. One class 5 cooking is permitted. 3.0. Food primary requires a separate permit. 4.0. This project requires S3 and N3 upgrade and is deferred based on property-wide work underway per Kelly's Note added to parcel on June 16th, 2020. Please refer her parcel note. It is not an exempt. 5.0. Final inspection of BP-2020-03264 prior to occupancy. Revision 1: 1.0. Change of mechanical and electrical engineers. 2.0. Change of use from Hall to restaurant class 1. 3.0. Relocated handwashing sinks, delete 1 sink and updates to washrooms. 4.0 updated kitchen layout. 5.0. Class 2 cooking using Class 4 cooking equipment.
