Proposal for removing and replacing an air-handling unit in the Whitney Block underground mechanical room, reworking/replacing local ductwork and steam heating supply piping and providing a new condensing unit in the parking garage c/w refrigerant piping, controls, and electrical works to facilitate the new unit. Additionally, fire alarm tie in is required for new AHU TF-3, as well as existing tunnel pressurization fans PF-1 & PF-2. PF-2 existing pneumatic actuators and valve be replaced with new DDC control valve for steam piping, replace shut off valves in PF-2 steam piping as well. Base Building controls contractor shall be hired for all controls work outlined in the drawings.TF-3 Mechanical room and PF-2 Mechanical room require epoxy coating of floors
