Vladimir from architects, Summary of revisions:Small tiny changes, nothing major regarding exiting; we have 4 units on the ground floor retail 2860, 2856, 376, 378 and combining them into one unit, which will be a restaurant in future, but tenant will apply for the permit.Unit 2864 and 2862 also combined into the one unit which will retail. New vestibule at the back. Small addition. There will be elevator, proposed originally.On the ground floor 384 unit 382 landing and stairs 3 steps which are encroaching into the city property, moving these steps inside their property.?In the main hallway double door and fire rated the wall.On 2nd and 3rd floor minor changes.Basement it is just repair, nothing now it was in the original permit?New balconies proposed?
