Scope includes removal of existing earth ramp, associated timber lagging and steel piles (to be cut off 600mm below final grade) which allows the regrading of the site specific scope to accommodate proper surface water runoff. Two existing parking spaces relocated to accommodate the regraded site and includes a proper concrete pedestrian sidewalk to accommodate the existing building exits. A new concrete barrier and guardrail will be installed on the level 1 parking platform for pedestrian safety.
