The removal of a proposed roof terrace, along with structural and FRR updates (rated membrane no longer required at ground floor roof/ceiling, interior structural columns and existing roof structure to remain). Enlarged catwalk, with exiting, floor areas and occupancy counts updated accordingly.Proposal for interior alterations, canopy and roof alterations for an office and retail space.
