STAGED CONSTRUCTION SHELL PERMIT VBBL 2019 Building is TIPs-eligible as at the time of construction (D and E occupancies). Stage I - Excavation & Shoring Issued April 4, 2022. Stage I, Rev #1: Drawings revised - Part of the retaining wall may not be safe in case of a seismic event.
