Certified Professional Program - New Building - To develop a new two storey independent Elementary School (Corpus Christi Elementary) including a Child Daycare Facility (shell only) on this site. The existing elementary school will be retained during construction and demolished following completion of the new school to accommodate a new parking lot providing a total of 86 surface parking spaces accessible from Waverly Ave. and Nanaimo St. The existing garage to be altered. Daycare and kitchen design/fit out will be under separate TI permit. Full construction Revision #1 - changes to accommodate sprinkler permit requirements and civil/mechanical revisions - issued 2020-06-18 - COVID 2019 Revision #2: addition of canopies, addition of a boiler room to the existing building (issued March 2,2021 related to DP-2020-00669 ) Revision #3: revised landscape design per DP-2020-00669. Revision #4: a small office room added within the library on the main floor and fire protection of some steel columns achieved by a cementitious spray. (issued April 14, 21) Change of the electrical engineer of record as of Oct 23, 2020. I. Minhas replaced by Jeff Babuin. Revision #5: Revised civil drawing C02: - Connected existing CBs (Ex CB01, Ex CB 02 & Ex CB 03) with the drainage manhole (DMH 01). - The drainage pipes from domestic, fire and valve chambers were connected with the proposed drainage line connecting the existing CBs. - Added 900mm sump manhole south of east raingarden just east of DMH 09 and increased dia of perforated pipe in in the east raingarden from 150mm to 200mm.
