High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations for building envelope repair to the existing 4-storey multiple dwelling building on this site. Repairs proposed on all four sides of this building for wall rehabilitation including new rainscreen metal cladding, fibre cement board siding, or brick veneer wall system, replacement of windows and sliding doors, new balcony and deck membranes, and replacement of glass guards. Scope of work includes reconstruction of front stairs by replacing existing wood stairs with aluminum stairs, structural upgrade at balcony floor, and replacement of structural columns. All new windows and doors to be no larger than the existing unprotected opening dimensions at site.
