Double walled insulated chimney will exit the east living room wall and run up east exterior wall of house, with required 2 inch clearance from exterior wall. Chimney will go through fascia of roof, extend at least 5 feet above roof line to adhere to WETT requirements, with roof braces and rain cap installed.
