Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to combine 1125 and 1131 Robson into one unit for a new retail tenant with ancillary retail limited food area at this existing commercial building. Exterior alterations are limited to providing a new roll-up door adjacent to the existing loading bay area at the rear. Scope of work includes: removal and construction of interior partition walls, alterations to the existing washroom to make it accessible, construction of a new washroom, alterations to lighting, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler work, construction of a 284 sq. ft. storage room in former retail unit 1131 Robson (not interconnected) to be utilized in conjunction with retail unit 1137 Robson. Note: 1) Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. 2) Any changes to the food and beverage cafe (retail limited food) area will require future clearances. 3) Washrooms are to be made accessible to the public and accessible washroom access path must be maintained and provided at all times. 4) New roll-up door at rear Okay per D. Address Note: Combine 1125 and 1131 Robson into one unit, retaining 1125 Robson (and cancelling 1131 Robson address). 1125 Robson to be posted as shown on the approved plans & clearly visible from the street prior to final inspection.
