Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide a new chiller unit in the existing mechanical room at the basement floor level of this existing Municipally Designated Heritage 'M' CPR commercial building located at 601 W. Cordova Street. Exterior alterations as per item #1 below: 1) Installation of two (2) remote condensing units on the north elevation. The alterations described under item no.1 above, authorized by the Development/Building Permit Number DB-2017-04817, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes as a Heritage Alteration Permit. Approval of the Heritage Alteration Permit is subject to the following conditions: Installation to be done with minimal physical impact on the heritage fabric (walls and windows). All anchors, conduits and other hardware to be professionally installed and hidden from view as much as possible. Visual impact to be minimized by painting mechanical components to match the colour of the building.
