Scope of work includes: removal of unapproved rear deck and laundry/enclosure underneath; rebuild as landing and stairs, remove unapproved installations in attic, restore use of garage, replace window glazing as required, minor repair only to interior walls to repair holes. Note: 1) Interior remediation work is limited to laundry and storage (former bathroom) clean-up/repair in basement and removal of unapproved electrical and building work in attic. Increased scope of work such as removal of drywall will require revision (or new permit application) and pre-paid Energuide report receipt may be triggered if project value increases. 2) An environmental assessment is required to be submitted to the satisfaction of the District Building Inspector and the Environmental department prior to final inspection of the premises. A re-occupancy permit is required.
