Description

Certified Professional Program - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations and to construct an addition of 1572.0 sq.f (expansion of the floor area at Level 3) to this existing 20 storey hotel with 3 levels of underground parking. Proposed design upgrade levels: S2, A3, F3 , N3 , E4. 24-Feb-2020 - Stage 1 (renovation of guestrooms from Level 4 to Penthouse) issued. 1-Feb-2021 - Stage 1-BP Revision issued. Minor changes to the plans in response to financial and operational adjustments brought out by COVID19. 12-Jul-2023 - Rev#2 issued. Change of General Contractor. The new Contractor is Willowest Enterprise Co. Ltd. 17-Aug-2023 -Rev#3 issued. Design changes to Levels 17 – 19; original design to be retained with some minor changes in place of the prior design. Refer to the Architectural letter for summary of changes. Structural and Mechanical will be withdrawing their services related to Levels 17 – 19 minor amendment work; refer to Structural and Mechanical Letters. This project has been reviewed under the VBBL 2019.
