Revisions -- For Pedigrid drain at the entrances and their connections to nearby Sanitary drains. However, as per the site visit of Mechanical Inspector Giuseppe Lacroce from Toronto Building department, indicated to connect the Pedigrid drains to Storm Water because there is no close by possible connection to sanitary and there are storm water drain sump pits close to the new Pedigrid. Plumbing - Replacement of deteriorated stairs within the 4 concrete stair towers (1, 2, G3 & G8). Replacement of the ground floor entrances and screens. Replacement of interior doors to stairwells and lobbies, as well as exterior windows to same. Improvements to barrier free movements where possible at each stair location.
