Plumbing - Residents wish to install ramps to enable them to cart items into the building a little more easily. Ramps are not intented to be designed to meet handicap requirements. Two options were provided to the client Option 1 which is the client preferred option includes extending the CMU walls, however if the City Officials do not permit this, then Option 2 would be considered an acceptable alternative.
