Exterior alterations are limited to: new 6'0" by 3'0" window at the north (front) elevation, new compliant stairs at the rear and water service upgrades. Scope of work includes: lowering the slab, finishing the unfinished basement, removal of the internal access between the principal dwelling unit and the secondary suite, relocating the hot water tank, adding 4 fixtures (sink, wash basin, toilet and tub), and installing electrical sub-panel.
