Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a 28-storey mixed-use building consisting of: 1 st& 2nd storeys - 7 Retails units (shell) , 3rd storey - General office (shell) 4th to 27th storeys - 258 dwelling units (200 market rental units & 58 MIRHPP), 28th storey - common amenity space, all over five (5) levels of underground parking. This Permit was reviewed under the VBBL 2014 except for: 1. The structural design of the building, will comply with Part 4 of the 2019 Vancouver Building Bylaw 2. The non-structural components will be designed to comply with Part 4 of the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law. 3. The building will comply with Section 10.2 (energy requirements, effective November 1, 2019), of the 2019 Vancouver Building Bylaw 4. The building will be designed with a radio antenna system that complies with Article 3.2.5.20 of the 2019 Vancouver Building Bylaw 7-Feb-2023 - Stage I (excavation and shoring) issued. 25-Oct-2023 - Stage II (foundation to grade) issued. 04-June-2024- Stage III(full structure: L4 to roof & revision to L2 struct. dwg.) issued. 16-Sep-2024 -Stage IV (full permit) issued. Revision#1 -24-Apr-2024 issued. Revision to Stage 2 to include structural work up to Level 3.
