VBBL2019 - NFPA13 STAGE 1 - Excavation and Shoring issued on July 14, 2022. STAGE 2 - Foundation to Grade issued on Jan. 30, 2023. STAGE 3 - Full Construction issued on April 13, 2023. Mechanical Review Notes: - A vertical shaft compartment for the CRUs is proposed to be located in the CRU#2 on the ground level. - Grease ducts will be installed at TI stage. Landlord will provide installation instruction to tenants. Rev #1 - (Aug. 4, 2023) - To update the water curtain provisions for both Code and Architectural Drawings related to the accepted AL. Rev #2 - (Apr. 29, 2024) - To redirect the Siamese connection directions, drop the ceiling for sprinkler heads, and update the insulation between the gaps.
