Vault ceiling in main bedroom, 2nd floor bathroom and 2nd floor hallway. Insulate walls and ceilings with sprayfoam. Add new load bearing beam in ground floor ceiling. Redo stairs from ground floor to second floor. Replace central heat with ductless minisplit. Repalce cast iron stack.
