The existing building will be upgraded in accordance with Part 11 for a major vertical addition, except non-structural elements will be upgraded to N3 rather than N4. Revision 1 :To replace existing cooling tower on the roof, to replace existing exterior windows on Level 1 and to alter the existing laundry room on Level 1.
