- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to repair fire damage, remove existing drywall and replace with new and to add a new secondary suite on the main floor of this existing two storey one family dwelling as approved by the Board of Variance Appeal Z34986 on January 11, 2017 thereby relaxing the overall floor space, rear yard, site impermeability and external design (side door). Scope of work to include removal of fireplace on the east side, all concrete at the rear and a new 8' by 2' bar sink in the recreation room on the lower floor. Window changes to the West elevation. Note: Entire building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13D Addressing notes: 1281 E 29th Av - south side 1st & 2nd storey (principal dwelling unit) 1283 E 29th Av - north side 1st storey (secondary suite) Addresses have been assigned per the approved plans, access to the secondary suite is from the east side. This access must be provided & maintained at all times and the building addresses posted to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law.
