Then reinforce existing floor joist as per engineering recommendations and specifications. B) Relocate kitchen sink. Detailed Description of proposed work A) Install (S3) new ’C" channel reinforcement to 5 ply beam on foundationB) Install (S3-S4) new two 4-ply posts onto 5-ply beam and new 3-ply Microllam LVL onto new postsC) Install (S4) new one 3-ply post and new 2-ply spf 2x8 post /beam to replace existing header. D) Relocate (S2) sink from west wall to south wall. We will reuse existing drainage system.
