Foundation structural repair and alteration work. Project seeks to urgently repair underminined structural foundation as per assessment and recommandation by the structural consultant/engineer. In addition, there are alterations to be done mainly in the basement area and portions of the ground floor. Due to structural requirement accomodation resulting in removal of the existing basement stair a new one is proposed.
