Proposed work includes installation of a wire-link fence around a oil water separator, sump pump, and receptacle drums. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. The oil water separator and sump pump will be secured to the parking slab. 2. Approval for this Tenant only, should a new Tenant occupy this space, operation to be reviewed prior to license clearance. Permit Amendment #1- 2018-01-09- S.Le Alterations to the drawing plans to include a berm as per Environmental Protection to divert vehicle wash water to the catch basin. Catch basin to be equipped with a sand trap and connected to the oil water separator.
