- Enquiry Centre - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations only to provide a voluntary fire alarm system upgrade. This FAS upgrade is limited only to the replacement of control unit, annunciator, field devices and audible signal devices for the existing fire alarm system without altering the existing wiring and existing outlet boxes. The new FAS will be an addressable system designed to notify the fire department in conformance with CAN/ULC-S561 (Article 3.2.4.8. of the VBBL). This permit has been issued based on item #3 of Bulletin 2006-004-BU/EL. OK for SIPS processing as per Howie Chow, December 23, 2016.
