Work includes removal and replacement of the impacted brick veneer - reconstruction of the brick veneer must include corrosion resistant brick ties, thru wall flashing, and weep holes, as specified. Structural lintels must be reset, and damaged wall sheathing, and sheathing membrane, must be removed and replaced as detailed in the enclosed drawings.
