Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to repair fire damage for this existing one family dwelling as per the letter of scope of work dated March 27, 2017. Scope of work includes replacing deck to match existing in size and removing unauthorized cover over the deck, storage below the deck and both unauthorized suites on the ground floor and their kitchens and the cooking facilities including the stoves, overhead fans, overhead cabinets, double sinks and the associated range wiring up to the supply breaker(s). Bar sink (8' maximum countertop and no overhead cabinets) only allowed in rec room on the ground floor. Maximum of 60% of impermeable area to be restored as approved under DB424774. OK for field review as per Eun Jeon Note: 1. Building envelope air sealing and attic insulation upgrades as per Tim Ng. 2. All construction materials and equipment will be accessed from the lane in the back of house.
