Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations for a new restaurant tenant in this existing restaurant tenant space. And exterior alterations to this existing municipally designated heritage building that is on the Vancouver Heritage Register (A) as noted. 1) to replace existing 24" x 12" kitchen exhaust riser with 24" x 20" one and replace existing kitchen exhaust with a maximum of 4 foot high one on the roof. The new kitchen exhaust riser to be painted to match the brick colour and to be installed with a minimal impact to the historic fabric (masonry). Note: 1.
