If the tenant ceases to exist, Planning may wish to seek additional information regarding the new tenant space and potentially a new application if they wish to utilize this outdoor patio. The outdoor seating area is to be closed and cleared of customers by 11:00 p.m. nightly. There is to be no amplified music or live entertainment on the outdoor seating area at any time. The outdoor seating area must comply with the applicable provisions of the Health By-law, smoking in and around the outdoor seating area is not permitted.
