The portion of the front wall up to 11m will be dismantled and slavaged for reuse. Proposal to demolish existing 6-storey non-residential building. This demoliton will proceed in two stages. Stage one demoliton consists of the removal of a substantial portion of the building save and except for the front (south) portion of the building. This front portion will be demolished in a future phase.
