Scope of work includes remove drop ceiling, new accessible washroom, remove non-loadbearing walls, new fixtures and lighting, millwork. Scope of work to include upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.2 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law for minor renovation and small suite change of major occupancy and as required by the District Building Inspector. A minimum of 2 layers gypsum are required on adjacent suite common walls. OK for field review per M.McDiarmid, August 30, 2017. Schedule B (Structural) may be required by District Building Inspector to be determined on site. Selected energy upgrade: L2 - Lighting - Upgrade all hard wired Lighting within scope of work area to High Efficiency light systems
