Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations only to provide roof replacement at this existing One-Family Dwelling building and garage (US Consulate General's Residence) at this Vancouver Heritage Register B residential site. Scope of work includes: 1) to re-roof the house and garage and other associated repair such as flashings, gutters, and trim boards, re-pointing the chimney, and closing off a small overhang at the rear, as per attached drawings. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development-Building Permit Number DB-2017-01664, including conditions, and plans forming parts thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and the Development-Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.
