Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations and change of use of this existing 1-storey plus basement one family dwelling a one family dwelling with a secondary suite with 1-off street parking space provided on a parking strip at the rear, having vehicular access off the lane. Exterior alterations to provide a 3 feet wide, unobstructed, hard surface firefighter access path from the street to the suite; provide 1 off-street parking space; and increase in the impermeable to ~48% of the site. Scope of interior alterations to the basement includes: addition of dryer, addition of 2 washrooms, and upgrade all interior exterior walls to R22.
