High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations to provide building envelope repairs for the existing multiple dwelling building on this site. Work includes removal of the existing stucco cladding, windows, skylights, noted railings, and deck membranes. Proposed repairs include new rainscreen fiber cement lap siding c/w exterior insulation, new vinyl windows, new aluminum face mounted guardrails, and new 2ply SBS membrane. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. New proposed window sizes and new vents. 2. Heritage 'A' portion of the building is not included in the scope of work. 3. Structural Drawings related to proposed roof extensions to be reviewed under a proposed revision. Revision #1- 2017-07-25- S.Le 1. Proposed roof extension over the existing balconies located at Units 301, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, and 311. Glass roof to be wired or laminated safety glass. Glass roof complete with posts on 3rd floor cleared for DB per G. Roberts/ S.Chang/T. Ng July 24/17. Roof extension proposal cleared by Patrick Chan 2017-08-08.
