No penetration is permitted through the exterior corridor wall as per VBBL 3.3.1.4. 2. No obstruction shall be permitted that would restrict the width of a normal means of egress from the new rooms to less than 2'6" as per VBBL 3.3.1.23. Seating layout in these rooms should conform to Vancouver Fire Bylaw. 3. Class 1 cooking operations (Grease-Laden Vapours). 4. Commercial kitchen exhaust system to NFPA 96 (Type 1 hood). 5.
