- Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to convert living space back to a one car attached garage, add a driveway, and satisfy the existing rear mud room on the main floor and covered sundeck on the second floor, to this existing non-conforming one family dwelling on inside with no lane site as per the Board of Variance appeal No.Z35042 heard on March 29th 2017 and was ALLOWED in part by granting relaxations of the Rear Yard, Floor Space Ratio, Building Depth and external Design regulations of the RS-1 District Schedule to permit interior and exterior alterations and permission to retain work without permit additions subject to the following conditions: 1) That the owners must retain one (1) on site parking space and provide an attached garage ( and to provide one parking space-as existed on the original permit files/existing City record files) 2) The Director of Planning did not approve the approval by the Board of Variance for the Secondary Suite approval condition due to the living space area was less than 380 sq. feet and did not meet to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning which was not approved and or permitted.
