- Certified Professional Program - Addition / Alteration - Major vertical addition. Interior and exterior alterations and to provide additional floor area on the ground through third floor levels to this existing 19-storey highrise office building. - Level 1: increased floor area - Level 2: increased floor area (gym) - Level 3: increased floor area; change of occupancy (amenity space to office) all over 4 levels of existing underground parking accessed from West Cordova Street. The existing parking is connected to the underground parking at 601 West Hasting St. at Level P1. Access to to the 601 West Hastings parkade will be via 333 Seymour parking entrance. Refer to AL-2019-00071 and BP-2018-04746 for more details. Scope of work includes upgrade of the entire building over 5-year period (average 3 floors per year) in accordance with requirements of Part 11 of the VBBL 2014: - E5 - Lighting system to be upgraded to 9.4 of ASHRAE 90.1-2010 - N4 - Non- structural safety - A4 - Accessibility - deferred to Stage 3 Upgrades to meet requirements of F4 and S4 are covered under this permit. See Code Report by LMDG and report by RJC. 12-Nov-2019 - Stage 1 (structural, rough-in mechanical/plumbing and electrical only) issued. 24-July-2020 - Stage 2 (full construction except accessibility upgrade( A4) - ADO at Washrooms within the entire building). 12-Feb-2021 - Stage 3 ( A4 upgrading deferred to future tenant improvements as accepted by the CBO. Refer to LMDG Code Report Revised Dec. 15, 2020). Revision#1 - 17-July-2020 tn As of 01-May-2020 Mr. Jim Huffman, Architect AIBC assumed responsibilities as the Coordinating Registered Professional and Architect of Record. Revision#2 - 27-May-2021 tn As of 12-Mar-2021 Mr. Roger Dupuis, P. Eng. assumed responsibilities as the Registered Professional Of Record for Electrical discipline for the 333 Seymour St. project.
