In accordance with Section 219 Covenant CA5655698, and Amended Covenant CB434553 MST ( Jericho ) Land Holdings Ltd. to construct a permanent, freestanding, sprinklered, prefabricated aluminum-frame tension membrane gym structure (A2) near the existing junior school, and to provide a firefighter access route for the permanent gym by alterations and reconstruction of the existing basketball court pavement and sidewalks as shown on civil drawing 3 'Fire Truck Access Road" dated Apr 2, 2018. All work shall conform with conditions on BC Heritage Conservation Act Permit 2017-0214. NOTE: The original Section 219 Covenant filed in the LTO under number CA5655698 was modified two times. 1st Amendment was filed in the LTO under number CA6230942. In 2017 the Owner of the lands and the have agreed to allow for construction of a temporary gymnasium by WPGA. The BP-2017-03681 was issued to allow construction of a temporary gymnasium for a limited time period of 2 years, with 3 consecutive 1-year extensions. 2nd Amendment was filed in the LTO under number CB434553 on Jan-17-2023. In 2023 the Owner of the lands and the City have agreed to modify the Original Covenant (CA5655698) Section 2019 1(b) and define the "Gym" as a permanent building.
