Stage one - Excavation and foundation to grade issued August 28/15. Erv Stage two - Above grade structural elements to top of building. Electrical & Plumbing work below grade only. - issued September 30, 2015. DW Stage three - Building Infrastructure - issued on April 29, 2016. (excluding landscape work) Stage four - FULL construction including 4 storage sheds - issued on June 02, 2017. Building Review Branch Conditions : Paint Booth and Spray Booth shall be ULC listed equipment. Mechanical ventilation system shall be designed to accommodate industrial use and dust of many industrial work shops within the proposed school building. Vancouver Coastal Health, Mechanical and Environmental Protection's review and approval will be required at Kitchen tenant improvement building permit application stage.
